RULES FOR PLACING AN ORDER
After the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. To clarify all the details of the order, our consultant will contact you. If everything is in order, and the parties do not have any questions to each other, then an invoice will be sent to the client for payment. The invoice is paid according to the specified details in any way, and after that, you will need to send a copy of the payment document to the email address from which the invoice came, without forgetting to specify the recipient's full name, address, and phone number.
ORDER DISPATCH PROCEDURE
After 24-48 hours from the moment of receipt of funds to our current account, the employees of the wedding salon "Spring" will ship the order. After the goods are shipped, a copy of the invoice is sent to the customer's email address, thanks to which you can easily track the location of your precious parcel. To perform such manipulations, you just need to go to the transport company's website and enter the invoice number in the appropriate field.
Within the Russian Federation, the cargo is delivered by transport companies: SDEK, PEC, Baikal-Service, Business Lines, etc. The order can be received at the transport company's terminal in your locality in 3-15 days from the date of sending the goods. The order to be delivered outside the Russian Federation is transported by international carriers: EMS, FEDEX, DHL, the cost of which is calculated individually. The time of the cargo in transit may be different, but no more than 10 working days from the date of its dispatch. The customs duties of the country are not included in the delivery price and are paid by the customer independently, depending on the laws of the country of residence.
RETURN OF GOODS
The Customer has the right to cancel their order. To do this, you need to provide us with a written notification no later than seven days from the date of receipt of the goods. The message must be sent to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, the cost of sending the goods is paid by the buyer. It is not allowed to send used goods – the product must have its original appearance.
Return and exchange of goods is possible, but only under certain conditions: if the product does not fit any parameters, then within two weeks from the moment of its receipt, the buyer has the right to make an exchange for a suitable analog. At the same time, the product to be exchanged must not have any defects. If you need to exchange a dress of one size for another, then this service is provided free of charge, and it can be provided if there is a product of the required size and the corresponding model in stock.
In case of cancellation of the order or return of the goods, the funds will be transferred to the bank card with which the order was made. This excludes the cost of shipping defective or canceled orders. Funds are not immediately returned to the credit card, as much depends on the terms of customer service by the bank. In some cases, this period can be up to ten working days. Therefore, all the claims made to our company in this regard are unfounded, since we cannot influence the operation of the banking system.
Dresses made to order are not subject to return.
