CONSENT
to receive advertising communications

In accordance with the requirements of Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated 13.03.2006 "On Advertising", and acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, confirming my legal capacity and legal standing, I hereby give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur (Individualny predprinimatel) Kovaleva Ekaterina Aleksandrovna (TIN (INN) 781425543703, PSRNIE (OGRNIP) 316784700212436) (hereinafter – the Operator) to receive advertising information and advertising messages, including but not limited to by the following means.

 

1. The consent includes the right of the Operator to send advertising information by the following means:

1. to an e-mail address;
2. to a telephone number (including SMS, calls, messages in messengers);
3. via push notifications in the browser;
4. in the form of advertising banners, pop-up windows and other forms of visual notifications on the website;
5. in messengers and social networks;
6. through external advertising systems and platforms.

2. Purposes of receiving advertising information:

1. providing information about goods, services, news, events and promotions of the Operator;
2. offering participation in bonus programmes, special projects and promotions;
3. sending personalised recommendations, selections and offers.

3. I give my consent to receive advertising information by:

1. checking the box (checkbox) or selecting the corresponding item in the website interface, confirming my consent to receive advertising materials, or
2. performing other actions unambiguously confirming my expression of will (for example, submitting a request, following a hyperlink).

4. The consent is effective from the moment it is given and remains in force until it is withdrawn.

5. I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time:

1. by sending a written or electronic notice to the address: vesnaweddingspb@gmail.com / Vesnaweddingmsk@gmail.com with the subject line "Withdrawal of Consent to Receive Advertising";
2. by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the advertising message (if applicable).

The Operator shall cease sending advertising information within 3 (three) business days from the moment of receipt of the notice.

 

6. I have been informed that advertising materials may be sent by the Operator either independently or through third parties (processors) acting on the Operator's instructions. In any case, my personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Operator's website.
