CONSENT
to the processing of personal data
An individual (hereinafter – the Personal Data Subject), by submitting a request, registering on the website or performing other actions related to the transfer of their personal data, hereby, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, gives consent to the processing of personal data to Individual Entrepreneur (Individualny predprinimatel) Kovaleva Ekaterina Aleksandrovna (TIN (INN) 781425543703, PSRNIE (OGRNIP) 316784700212436) (hereinafter – the Operator).
1. My consent is specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous.
2. This consent is given for the processing of personal data both without the use of automated means and with the use thereof.
3. All matters relating to the processing of personal data are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy.
4. The Operator reserves the right to amend or supplement the terms of the consent at any time in accordance with changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation. Amendments shall enter into force from the moment of their publication on the website.

5. Consent is granted to the Operator for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

7. The Operator processes the Subject's personal data by the following methods:

Term of the Consent
8. The consent is effective from the moment of its confirmation by the Subject by performing one of the following actions: checking the corresponding box on the website or clicking the "I Agree" button when placing an order or performing another operation related to the processing of personal data.
9. The consent remains in force until the Subject withdraws it in the established manner or until the purposes of personal data processing specified in the consent are achieved.
10. If data is used for purposes requiring storage under the legislation of the Russian Federation (for example, accounting and tax records), the data storage period may be up to 5 years.
Withdrawal Procedure

12. Upon receipt of the withdrawal of consent, the Operator undertakes to cease the processing of personal data within 10 business days, except in cases where the continuation of processing is necessary to fulfil contractual obligations or where there are other grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. In the event of the withdrawal of consent, the Operator may continue to process data if this is necessary to fulfil obligations stipulated by law (for example, for tax accounting, fulfilment of contractual obligations, etc.).

13. The personal data subject has the right to:
- 1) Request information on what personal data the Operator processes, as well as on the purposes and methods of their processing.
- 2) Demand rectification of their personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete.
- 3) Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time in the manner established by this consent.
- 4) Request erasure or blocking of their personal data if the data are being processed in violation of the law or have become unnecessary for the declared processing purposes.
- 5) File an objection to the processing of their personal data if the processing is carried out on the basis of the Operator's legitimate interests.
- 6) Contact supervisory authorities, including Roskomnadzor, in the event of a violation of the rights of the personal data subject in connection with their processing.

Form of Confirmation of Consent
15. Consent to the processing of personal data shall be deemed confirmed if the Subject performs one of the following actions:
- Checking the box in the corresponding field (checkbox) on the Operator's website, confirming that they have read the terms of this consent and the Privacy Policy.
- Clicking the button "I Agree", "Place Order" or a similar button when placing an order, subscribing to a newsletter or performing another action related to the processing of personal data.
- Performing another action that directly confirms the Subject's consent to the processing of their data within the declared purposes.
16. The Subject confirms that they understand that the said actions are equivalent to their written consent and give the Operator the right to process their personal data in accordance with the consent and the Policy.
